LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will only take/use the photographs for the purpose of the Parent/Legal Guardian to purchase, unless the Parent/Legal Guardian has provided explicit consent for another purpose.
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will not allow any other third parties access to the photographs of the Child, except to fulfil and deliver orders.
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will not allow any other third parties access to the photographs of the Child, except to fulfil orders.
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will always endeavour to take a variety of photographs of your child(s) during the photoshoot.
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will provide your nursery with your child’s proof pack and will be distributed accordingly to each Parent/Legal Guardian. Your proof pack will contain a printed proof sheet with all photographs taken, a price list and instructions on how to place your order via the website.
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will aim to complete and have all orders delivered within 14 days after the deadline date stated in your proof pack. (Expressed orders will be processed on the next available working day)
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY will own the copyright to the photographs taken of the Child up untill the digital images are purchased by the Parent/Legal Guardian only.
LOVE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY is not related to your Nursery and we act as an independent third party company.
