Orders are sent directly to your home address via Royal Mail/DPD depending on your order.
This is a temporary arrangment untill 2022 due to COIVD-19
Orders are only processed once the deadline date has passed for your nursery. We take up to 14 days to process all orders, however depending on the number of orders we receive, our turn around can be much quicker.
We work extremely hard to keep on top of all orders that come in across the country and because of this it can be tricky to answer all calls. This is why we reccomend emailing us directly at [email protected] and we can help resolve any queries you may have.
Download links are sent 7-10 days after the deadline date to the email address used to create your account.
Please check all your inboxes (including spam) to avoid missing your email notification from us that your photos are ready to download.
Yes you can.
However, there is a late fee of £3.50 which is applied to your order.
If you have ordered prints (or your order comes with prints or anything physical) you will have to pay the postage and your order will be sent to the address you have used on your account.
There is no postage fee if you purchase digital images as a download.
